Plant dyed earrings, fibers are first dyed in Teotitlan del Valle then assembled by hand. To create the shape, each necklace contains small pieces of wood ball inserts
Brown tone is achieved by dying fiber in a mamey sapote (a fruit) bath. The color and intensity is determined by the amount of time it sits in the dye and times dyed.
Grey tone is achieved by dying fiber in a huizache (an acacia) dye bath. The color and intensity is determined by the amount of time it sits in the dye and times dyed.Blue tone is achieved by dying it with Inigo
